The Barclay Room is your best choice for larger banquets or receptions in Port Alberni. It offers 3000 square feet of beautifully decorated space. It includes a built-in sound system and can easily accommodate 50 to 200 people.

This facility is 1500 square feet including a built-in sound system, wireless and lapel microphones, LCD and screen. This room can be split into two separate meeting spaces. The Arrowsmith Room is designed to accommodate anywhere from 10 to 120 people.

This formal boardroom can accommodate up to 16 people in boardroom style. It features a large built in board style table, larger chairs that make any meeting a comfortable one, and a built-in LCD and screen.

Our smaller Stamps Room is ideal for meetings or luncheons for 5 to 25 people. It can be configured in boardroom style, rounds, or theatre style settings.
